Based in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. After working in editorial production for music and subculture magazines, she returned to her hometown of Toyama at the age of 30. Following her experience editing a local information magazine, she transitioned to freelancing. She now self-publishes the guidebook “Spinny”, which explores Toyama’s everyday life through the lens of travel, and is also active as a copywriter and planner.

富山県富山市在住。音楽誌やサブカルチャー誌の編集制作に携わった後、30歳で富山にUターン。地元の情報誌編集に携わった後、フリーランスに転身。「富山の日常を旅する」をコンセプトにしたガイドブック『Spinny』を自主出版するほか、コピーライターやプランナーとしても活動している。
